Task Force 38 was created around a simple principle: difficult products should not fail merely because the original idea was not written as an engineering specification.
Our leadership has spent decades building operating systems, connected devices, mobile platforms, regulated digital-health products, cloud services, and production AI systems. We combine that experience with a flexible network of senior specialists assembled around each engagement.
We are not a staffing agency, an outsourcing factory, or a single freelancer. We are a small, self-directed engineering company that takes responsibility for the product, not just the hours worked on it.
What We Believe
Task Force 38 turns loosely defined ideas and difficult technical problems into production-ready software products. You describe the destination. We engineer the way there.
We do not require a client to arrive with a settled engineering solution. A client can bring us a sentence — a business goal, a frustration, a half-built prototype — and our job is to work out what sensors, embedded components, protocols, mobile applications, backend systems, and AI models a real product actually needs.
